Here’s a new way of thinking about creating good environmental and social outcomes: it’s called regenerative sustainability. Instead of trying to reduce environmental impact, UBC scientists are investigating how, through better design, human activities produce net-positive benefits to both society and natural systems. Together, they work collaboratively with academic and support units at UBC to integrate teaching and learning, research, and operational sustainability efforts on campus.
Discover a new realm of possibility this summer: regenerative sustainability!
